Refund & Returns Policy

At RhynoGrip, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order on our website, you automatically agree to all the terms and conditions stated below.

Refund Policy (After Delivery)

Refunds are applicable only in the case of damaged products or wrong items received. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Claims must be filed within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof. The video must be continuous, unedited, and clearly show:
    • The sealed package with the shipping label visible
    • The package being opened
    • The reported issue (damage, wrong item, etc.)
  • Without a valid unboxing video, refund/replacement requests will not be processed.

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all approved returns.

Replacements

Replacements are offered exclusively for damaged items or incorrect shipments. The same 3-day claim window and unboxing video requirement applies. Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost once the claim is verified and the original item is returned.

Product Not Meeting Expectations

If the product does not meet your expectations but there is no seller error (e.g., sizing preference, colour looks different on screen), you may still request a return or replacement within 3 days of delivery, provided:

  • The product has NOT been used or damaged.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will deduct the shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee before issuing the refund to your original payment method.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, a 25% processing and acquisition fee will be deducted. This covers payment gateway charges and customer acquisition costs. The remaining 75% will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Returns / Refunds After Dispatch

If you wish to cancel or return an order that has already been dispatched:

  • A 25% restocking fee will apply.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To initiate a return, replacement, or refund request:

  1. Email us at info@rhynogrip.com within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and the unboxing video (if applicable).
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
  4. Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
